At Vintage Havana, we want you to love your street-style finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
